1. Enrollment & Participation
Athletes must be properly registered and have all required forms completed prior to participation. Families are responsible for providing accurate and current contact, medical, and emergency information. Registration profiles remain securely on file and may be used for future enrollments and communications.
2. Class Placement
To promote athlete safety and long-term success, RVA Tumbling Academy reserves the right to determine and adjust class placement based on age, experience, skill readiness, behavior, goals, and overall development. While families may select from available class schedules, final placement decisions remain at the discretion of RVA coaching staff.
3. Memberships & Payments
Programs are offered through recurring memberships, private coaching sessions, clinics, open tumble sessions, camps, and specialty events. Memberships reserve an athlete's place within a specific training program and class schedule. Tuition, billing, attendance, makeup policies, cancellations, and membership terms are governed by the applicable Membership Agreement and related program policies. All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
4. Attendance, Scheduling & Availability
Class schedules, instructors, programs, and operating hours may be modified as necessary to accommodate enrollment, staffing, facility needs, weather events, facility closures, or special events. Enrollment is subject to class capacity and availability. Certain programs, clinics, camps, private coaching sessions, or special events may require separate registration.
5. Communication
By submitting information through our website, inquiry forms, enrollment systems, or participation in RVA programs, families consent to receive communications regarding enrollment, scheduling, billing, program updates, and academy announcements. Families may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in tumbling, athletic training, open tumble activities, clinics, camps, private coaching, and related programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. By enrolling, participants and legal guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and certify that the athlete is physically capable of engaging in athletic activity.
7. Medical Conditions
Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, limitations, allergies, or concerns that may affect participation. RVA Tumbling Academy reserves the right to restrict participation when safety concerns exist.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, program materials, photos, videos, educational resources, and branding are the property of RVA Tumbling Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Policy Updates
RVA Tumbling Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, policies, schedules, programs, pricing, and procedures at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
